The challenge
A Web & IT recruitment agency needs a credible public face that captures qualified SEO traffic — both hiring companies and candidates — earns trust through a “dual-skill” positioning (dev + recruitment) and converts into meetings or applications without friction.
The goal: a single site that is at once a brand showcase, an SEO engine, a job board (under the brand’s URL, not the ATS’s) and a producer of structured applications — the single entry point to the whole Novera Talent platform.
The solution: a showcase that acquires
Eight complementary surfaces cover acquisition, from brand to application.
Brand & services pages
Home, about, services hub + permanent / freelance / RPO.
AI vertical
/ia hub, dedicated service and 8 AI/ML/LLM job profiles.
Headless SEO blog
Articles managed via Sanity CMS, rendered with ISR.
Job-family pages
Programmatic pages per tech role.
Free-tools suite
Lead magnets: calculators, generators, quiz, AI scoring.
Job listings
Wired to the ATS, JobPosting JSON-LD, Google for Jobs.
Candidate space (B2C)
Interview-coaching landing and /candidats hub.
Forms & booking
Service-contextual forms, online booking.
The product
A clear, professional showcase built to convert a busy decision-maker and a demanding candidate alike.

The design
A “steel blue + navy + lavender” design system: sober, professional, trust-oriented. Plenty of whitespace, soft cards, a steel-blue accent for actions. Fully data-driven: all content lives in typed files, never hard-coded in components.

Headings — support
Under the hood
A data-driven Next.js site, SEO-optimised and continuously deployed on Netlify — designed as the “showcase” brick of a polyrepo platform: a consumer of the ATS’s job offers, a producer of applications to the sourcing pool.
SEO & structured data
Per-page dynamic metadata, OpenGraph/Twitter, JSON-LD (Organization, LocalBusiness, BlogPosting, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage), main + blog sitemaps, static generation (SSG) and ISR.
Headless Sanity blog
Sanity as a Content Lake, Portable Text rendering, auto table of contents, related posts, FAQ schema, on-demand webhook revalidation (ISR) and programmatic post import.
Polyrepo architecture & ATS contract
Job types auto-generated from the ATS (SHA pinned in .api-version, never hand-edited). Listings are served under the brand’s URL with JobPosting JSON-LD — eligible for Google for Jobs.
Application fan-out
The /api/apply endpoint posts in parallel to the ATS (source of truth) and Megasearch (sourcing pool), best-effort and respecting GDPR consent.
Tools & feature flags
Lead magnets (calculators, generators, quiz, AI candidate scoring) driven by feature flags and kill switches — AI tools gated behind a waitlist, hideable tools (noindex) until mature.
GDPR, hosting & delivery
Consent Mode v2 + cookie banner, privacy page, consent-gated GTM. Netlify deployment (Next.js plugin), Gitflow workflow (main = prod, develop = integration).
My role: from brand to SEO
I carried this site on every front — brand positioning, design, development, SEO and operations — as the public face of my own recruitment platform, Novera Talent.
Positioning & brand
“Dual-skill” dev + recruitment USP, tone, copy.
Design & design system
Identity, “brand” tokens, shadcn/ui components.
Full-stack development
Next.js, APIs, ATS integrations, Sanity and fan-out.
SEO & acquisition
Structured data, blog, job pages, tools suite.
Novera Talent is my own showcase — proof that I can turn a positioning into a web product that attracts, convinces and converts. Designing, coding and ranking my own agency’s site is the same standard I bring when I recruit tech profiles.
